Welcome to Angels' Ball

On Saturday the 17th of November, the second Angels' Ball came and all too quickly, went. Thank you all for coming, you created a wonderful atmosphere, and gave the performers a fantastic reception.

There was a special feel to the ball, due in no small part to all those who came wonderfully dressed, the splendour of all your carefully chosen colours really brought an already vibrant Great Hall to life. We had quite a few Diwali-inspired dresses and suits, with colours ranging from turquoise to gold, red to green, and of course the red, green and gold, the theme of the evening, the wearer of which picked up a prize for her conspicuous effort. Thank you all, it is always a pleasure to see such a gorgeous display of color.

Finally, our heartfelt thanks go to Jenney Surelia for being a wonderful and very resourceful DJ. She made sure that everyone got up to dance, no matter how tired, even after the whole evening of dancing, with her carefully crafted choice of Tangos, Milongas and Valses.

Next event

We know that there is no such thing as too much Tango, so we will endeavour to announce the next Angels' Ball very soon, and start selling tickets for the event thereafter.
